I've been using this app for awhile to mitigate constant spam calls. First I have them sent to voicemail automatically using a blocker app and then YouMail takes it from there. Their spam list is pretty robust, but you can always add reports to it. Known spam calls get a "this number has been disconnected" message. You can also customize specific voicemail messages for specific numbers, contacts, it even for hidden/unknown numbers. This has really helped reduce the stress of constantly dealing with spam calls.
