Hey, this is Cody Adams, CEO of Kinfolk Home Loans. I just want to give you a quick call. I know you're probably getting a ton of these phone calls today. I know it's super annoying, super overwhelming. I know you just started the process with some home financing with a different lender. They pulled your credit. That's how I got matched up with you. Based on where your scores came in at, you actually qualify for wholesale rates and pricing. It's about a full percent better on rates and several thousands on closing costs. I did want to reach out to you. I don't want you to overpay on something you can save money on. I just want to show you quick numbers on the wholesale side. If they make ends great, you'll come over with us. If not, you can obviously go with them, but I want you to do your research. Once you feel comfortable with myself, with my company, you can give me a call back on this number, or you can always call me back on our 800 line. It's 855-

Hi, this is Sam with Benefit Solutions. I'm giving you a call of an affordable dental plan. Are you in need of major dental work or just routine cleaning? Are you in need of major dental work or just routine cleaning?
I got a phone call from this number at 2:35 PM Eastern Time, but I didn't answer the phone and my phone flagged it as “Spam Risk.” It never left me nor identified themselves on the YouMail app on my phone. It was a robocall and a scammer misusing someone's phone number in Odessa, Florida so that he/she can try to scam me. I reported robocalls and scammers that spoofed random US and local 865 phone numbers that never left me any messages to the Federal Trade Commission before and my phone number is on the Tennessee and National Do Not Call Registries. I did not give them permission to call me nor have I done business with them.
