TERRIBLE customer service They are the worst!!! I've had it for years and just renewed Premium membership. I changed phone number followed instructions and it had turned off my phone line. No calls in or no calls out. Writing to them, calling to them, gets you NOTHING!!!!! I am so disgusted. I spend two hours on the phone with ATT and they are unable to fix whatever YouMail did to my phone. RUN FROM THIS!!!!
