We have gone through your account and we found that your Amazon account has been used for shopping purpose as we can see multiple orders placed from your Amazon account now to confirm your order press two or press one to talk to our representative" which is nationally located out in "Bellevue, Washington" as well as NOT in "Nashville, Tennessee"! ALSO, Amazon & Touchtone Communications will NEVER make random solicitation harassment calls like this to customers out of the blue to disguise nonworking numbers! We'd have to reach out to them FIRST!
