As long as your phone's settings are correct with your provider, YouMail is absolutely awesome! However, if for example your provider is straight talkand you are unable to log into your account because they have a different IMEI number then your actual phone, the YouMail system does not work. I have spent more than 6 hours in total and more than 5 separate calls with StraightTalk, but they refuse to just update the EMEI number, claiming it doesn't matter.
