It only "logs me in" when there's s new voicemail, otherwise I can't log in. Update: after reaching out to customer support, it seems whatever bug was happening is now fixed. It just started working all of the sudden. I got a call from them about 3 hours after writing this confirming set up.

Good app It's a very good app my service provider doesn't support visual voicemail on iPhone with bring your own device ,so I use youmail I would recommend it to any one whose carrier doesn't support visual voicemail , 5 stars from me I have gotten all my voicemail that has been sent to me via voicemail .
