I LOVE YouMail! I had Google Voice for years. It was good. YouMail is amazing! I love all of the features from taking care of my spam callers to allowing me to personalize my greetings to having it greet people by name, etc. I love how I can have my personal number and my business numbers as well as a conference line (I gave up my other conference service) all in one place which makes it so much easier. The only addition I would love is the ability to do video conferencing. :-)
