Reverse phone number lookup area code 570

Unwantingly and unexpectedly contacted by this unfamiliar phone number and I did not consent to it!!

Received a message from this number stating that they were going to serve me with papers regarding (garbled) tomorrow between 4:00 p.m and 6:00 p.m. at my residence for my signature - and If I did not comply - they would surrender the "said" papers to the Luzerne county court house to send them to my place of employment for collection. I did not respond to the number they gave me which 855-603-1743 He gave the case number also which is garbled as well -
