Most likely a SCAM type call to sell my house. Why would I want to do that after a fire and it is being rebuilt with some minor changes to the rebuild.
Answered the call and no one was on the other end of the line. It hung up after about 30 seconds.
Number does not exist in a Google search, there is no caller I.D., they left no message.
