This is to report a number that is actually legitimate. It is 505-253-0593. It belongs to Comenity bank and is their call center They recently called me to let me know that my recent payment had not gone through. They then re-took the payment. they knew my account numbers and the payment went through. I then checked with my bank and it went through and showed correctly. This is a very legitimate number.
I called (505) 253-0591 to find out what was up. They asked for the last 4 of my SSN and my mailing address. I do not have, based on my accounts that are all paid on time, that I have a Comenity account. This is a sham.
they call cell a lot asking for someone with a completely different name. will even leave messages when on my message i say my name and the person they are trying to reach has a vastly different name. i have told them there is no such person that i have heard of and that i have had this # for 18+ years!
