Collection Co. calling and harassing but will not give any details about the debt they are trying to collect its reported on other sites that it is a scam it must be as I don't have any outstanding debts.

VERY aggressive scammer calls asking you to "renew your warranty" and saying "this is your last chance." Did not identify his company. When I asked him to remove me from his mailing and call list, he hung up on me before I could finish the sentence! When I called the number back, I received a message saying the "number I dialed is correct" and to "please check the number and try again." Definitely a scam. EDIT: I just realized, I also receive calls from this number, saying "We would like to help you stop these annoying calls. Our system has come back with an error. Please update your account." I did not realize both these spam calls are coming from the same number until just now... ugh.
