Perfection, a rare fine! I originally started using YouMail because I had an iPhone on straight talk and there was no indication of waiting messages. YouMail solve the problem perfectly as well as adding a few nifty features such as custom greetings for different callers. Recently I switched back to Verizon, and now I know longer need YouMail like I did. But I found I really missed it so I disabled Verizon's voicemail and installed youmail again. I don't hand out five stars easily. This truly is a must have app

Over a year and loving it I've used YouMail for over a year several iOSs and two iPhones (3G & 5) and it has always worked great. I can have personalized voice messages for inbound calls, listen on my computer or iPad to voicemails, and keep certain voicemails long term when needed. I did try the transcript option a while ago but didn't like it, I guess the people that call me are hard to understand so they came out a little off. I bet the tech has gotten better now might give it another try.
