Reverse phone number lookup prefix 480-498

8th call this month but no message left so I'm thinking it's a scam.

You give him your name (fake name) and he gives you a fake name of the person he is calling for. When you try to hang up the phone won't let you and have to power down. They must be scanning your phone to get all your info.
