they kept my voicemails from 9 years ago even after I lost track of my login for 2 yrs. great archiving features and robocall blocking

Longtime user and advocate, lifesaver!! I've been using YouMail for years. At first it was just because I liked when they answered my calls using the person's name who called but has since grown into a lifesaver. I get numerous Robo calls. I cannot rely on a cell service in my location. I blocked the telemarketers and sleazebags that prey on my aging parents who I have since moved in with my family. I can continue on with my day and do what I need to do. My aging parents don't answer the phone anymore because I am in control. I don't have to worry about their losing life savings to some scammer, or buying some schlock service which we don't need. I get to screen all the calls that come through. Block the telescammers and accept the rest. I will admit every time I have to temporarily turn off or deactivate youmail it is the biggest pain in the world to reinstate. I gave them five stars because I have not needed to do that for three years and when I did recently to prove to a service that I owned my landline the YouMail support helped me out. Back on track and have peace of mind I highly recommend this app for many many many reasons but the above has probably become the most important. Peace and quiet from scammers. Plus my friends and clients get a kick out of being addressed by their name if I am unable to pick up.

Latest app is GREAT App is now great! It seems to have all the bugs fixed in it and good update response. Great job on the update!!!
