Electric and Gas Rebate Scam

I found this number linked to my bank account

I received a phone call from a miss charlene wilson on friday january 24th , informing me that on january 28th , she had certified documents that she was going to deliver either at my residence or at my place of work . I am unable to find who this is or where she works that she will be delivering documents to me . I did find that the area code 460 is an indiana area code but unable to confirm where the phone number 460-290-0589 belongs . I am wondering if this could be a scam or is something else i need to be concerned with . anyone who can give me an answer , my email is [email protected] . Thank you
