This number will not stop calling multiple times a day. Sometimes they leave a message saying to call back regarding “an important business matter.” They do not reference it as debt collection.
This is a debt collection agency not a spam phone number.
We do not have a spectrum account, and 443-578-4052 keeps calling for debt collection. We believe this is fraud.
We had Spectrum accounts that were fully closed, also received a call from this number with an account number we don't have. Maybe Spectrum got hacked and a scammer stole numbers but no account numbers??
Gary called from 443-578-4052 for a past due balance on a Spectrum account. We have only 1 Spectrum account and it is on autopay, so no past due balance there. He left a message with a coworker of mine to call him back on 443-578-4473. Called back and there was no greeting and just an automated voice saying to leave a message and they would call me back. Checked the Access Receivables website and called their number 877-276-8600. Was transferred to Gary's coworker who acknowledged that they do have a Gary that does Spectrum and he would transfer me. While trying to transfer me, he said it wasn't working because at the same time he was trying to transfer me to Gary, Gary was trying to transfer a call to him. (What are the odds.) He took my work number and said Gary would call me back in like 30 seconds. That was 10 minutes ago. What a crock.
Total Scam.... asking for a call back regarding a delinquent account that doesn't even exist.
