Good way to screen calls, stop spam calls and use fake phone out of service message

Youmail I just love love this app. Much better than my current voicemail. This app actually lists voice messages to allow you to review what you want and delete the rest. Just really loving it. A must have for anyone that's tired of listing to a recording of every single message, being unaware of who left the message..

I like the way it personalizes the voice mail message by using the contact's first name. Many of my friends and family members now use YOUMAIL because of hearing their name used during a call. It's like having a personal assistant.
