So-so to TERRIFIC and now OUTSTANDING When I began with YM, it was ok. I liked the custom messages but no biggy. Now I have hearing loss and am screening my calls. I signed for transcript. Should have done it long ago. I can quickly read the intent of the message. I realize that even without hearing loss the transcript is a great advantage especially when I am in a meeting or in public. Points also because these guys continually improve.
