The call is legit. The people making the call are stupid. Needs to identify as Ooma for starters. And the idiots need to check their own case files before making irrelevant calls.
This is not spam or a fake call. It is Ooma trying to reach you for one reason or another. In my case it was them thinking I was a business owner/a business and trying to get me onto a business plan and away from the home plan I'm currently on. I got this call because I unintentionally signed into their business site instead of personal site which then put me on their business list. Either way, is safe to answer
