(415) 212-2724 was a Bill Reduction Scam

I run a handyman business. Been using the free version for a while to decide if I want to use the pay version. Happy to see I could create a vacation reply when I would be out of town and have limited cell range to let customers know I would be unable to return calls until a certain date. Came home after 2 weeks to find my account had been deactivated due to lack of use... 14 days. There was no email, text, or vm to let me know my account was at risk for deactivation. Edit: Thank you for the prompt response below. I changed my rating from 2 to 4 stars as a result. The application is nice and useful for my business. Hoping the problem that I had can be resolved between youmail and service providers quickly
