They call between 8 and 830 am EVERY DAY without fail. I am a nurse that works night shift. Not happy about being woken up when I'm trying to rest. They never leave a message. If it was important, they'd leave a message.
calling alot
Yep, Same as the other folks here. Called cell-phone and immediately began requesting confirmation of my identity, where I live, and on and on. I showed concern with this and the ethnic young lady became kind of irritated. It is also important to let them know that you "HAVE NOT" had any contact by mail regarding this matter and until I am notified by mail that anything has gone into collections we should have no further contact. I heard a long sigh...lol I was firm without being rude. Probably reading from the company script but don't bother me with this on a Friday!
has been calling the past month or so. Real person on the line stating "This is a monitored and recorded line may I please speak to Leslie" "Who is this please?" "This is a personal/private call for Leslie" "From what company?" "This information is personal and private for Leslie, are you Leslie?" "Why?" "This is a monit--" "yes but why?" "All of our calls are monitored and reco-" blah blah round n round "May I speak to your supervisor please?" "Sure" .. Long pause .. I have better things to do .. set the phone down hey it's their nickel .. pick up phone.. dial tone. 1. Never Give Info 2. Never Answer Question. 3. Challenge Their Authority. 4. Or Just Hang Up. I learned all I wanted to from them and they got nothing from me. So, from now on I will just hang up if they call again. It's a gamble to talk to these people at all so be careful. Protect yourself.
Same as most of the other people said. She knew my name and said she was calling for a personal matter and wanted me to confirm my address and last 4 of my social security number. I told her I wanted to know what company she worked for and she refused to tell me saying it was a personal matter. I asked 4 times and she got angry and hung up.
