it's like having an assistant, automatic response and blocks unwanted phone calls?

UPDATE: I followed instructions. Thank you for your wicked-fast response! !! :-) I am very grateful for your help. As soon as I can tell if this caller is blocked I will update again. It stopped blocking! It was working perfectly with no issues. Now the caller is ringing through. I thought they would give up after receiving the recorded message that my number had been changed/disconnected but they still call and now my phone rings at odd hours again constantly. Sorry but I'm giving up on this app and in search for another.
