Updated: Pretty much everything I said before was fixed. It's an overall great app. Excellent replacement for T-Mobile's Visual Voicemail. Wish it wasn't so expensive though for the VM-to-text feature. p.s. It still adds duplicate (and invalid) entries into my contacts list. This is incredibly annoying... "Business - Example Name" ...creates a duplicate called: "Business - Name" Don't ask why. I can't even delete it, just hide it. This is probably my phone as the YouMail developer reply said.
