This is likely a spoofed number. The number left a legal threat robo call. After research, this same script/voice was used for a totally different company as recent as a month ago. The company they claim to be now is Strategic Financial Resolutions. The company they have also called under is Financial Recovery Group. They seem to use the same generic threat voicemail, the only difference is the robo saying a specific name and file number. This does not seem to be a legitimate company. And I would highly recommend you block and report as spam. Numbers they have used also that I could find are the following: (601) 367-0380 (614) 516-0610 (863) 231-1732 I’m sure there are more, but due to the company name changing, it’s hard to pinpoint more at the time.

Yes, hello there, this is Ed. Can I talk to the owner? Yes. Can you understand, mister, are you the owner? Yes. I would just like to ask him if you are the one handling the merchant. The merchant account. Yes. The reason for my call is that we would like to send you an email about how you can get a refund for the excessive interchange fees you paid visa and mastercarding
