They are an investment company spamming people under false pretenses. Companies like this are buying up regular houses across the country and then rent them out as tyrant landlords, depriving the middle class of the opportunity to accumulate wealth and screwing up the housing market. Love this visual voice mail! I've been searching for a VVM that allows me to read my messages as well as identify and be able to block unwanted callers. This app does it all and very easily too.
