The Do Not Call Law violating sales scammer criminals just spoofed this disconnected Chicago number to attempt the daily fraud attempt calls down here .

This number keeps calling and not leaving a message.
Bill collector calls early in the morning and late evenings
The way this scam works is the Unions (Police or Fire) allow these "people" to call in their name to supposedly help "those who put their lives on the line". The Unions typically get 20 to 25% of any donations that they can scam, the telemarketers get the remainder but the Unions consider it a win because to them it's free money, they did not have to work for it. The money is typically used for their legal defenses when they push the boundaries. Call the Police after receiving one of these scam calls and ask to sign a complaint, they will tell you that no crime has been committed. No way they are going to disparage this scam. Like Nancy Regan, JUST SAY NO!
