Whoever this was said they were from The Revenue Group and said they needed to verify my date of birth to proceed with the phone call. But they didn’t tell me who they were until AFTER they asked for my date of birth. Now I KNOW I don’t have anything in collections. So why would I willingly give out information to someone calling my phone number when they already have my information.

Has called in the past and have blocked, but now are leaving one second messages, they're still blocked so I don't see the call, but hate that I have to take the time to check my voicemail to find out who is calling just to hear nothing or background noise for a second. This is borderline creepy and is harassment.
