I love it! I use the the free version, and haven't gotten into any advanced features. I love the txt and email alerts, and use them to keep track of important calls. I'm sentimental, and enjoy that I can download and save recordings of some calls as well. That the txts and emails use caller ID to tell me who the call was from is a huge time saver. They are discontinuing txt alerts in the free version; I'll have to see how much I miss them. I'd say it's a no brainer. Start using it. :)
