Inmate pre-paid call to family.

Repeated calls from this number, often several times a day from early morning to late evening. It says it is from El Dorado Prison and do I want to accept a call. We do not answer the phone calls, ever, even though it says if you push 9 it will block the calls. I contacted the prison instead asking why we keep getting repeated calls that have actually spanned years, They call for a period of time then it ends then it will pick up again calling again. Their Public Information officer sent me the link to this site showing it was a scam. She said it was not believed it originated from within their facility.
