They called asking for my mother who passed away 2 years ago. She acted shocked and said well I'm her financial advisor I'm shocked that she's passed away. She said her name was Alex Murphy with Experian and I said that's not who my mom's financial advisor was. Then she must have googled my mom's name and found her obituary and started asking who I was and mispronouncing everything. She asked me if I was ...my son's name.
