I have been using this app for several years now. The only reason I am giving it 4 stars is due to the fact that every once in a while my phone will stop forwarding to YouMail and the default voicemail will kick in and I won't realize that until a day or 2 go by when I talk to someone that states they had left me a message and my youmail did not show that. Aside from that glitch I do like receiving the transcripts of the call and a customisation voicemails for different phone numbers
