It is doing a decent job blocking calls. But my complaint is that it doesn't block voicemails like it claims to. I have this same number that kept contacting me. Its not going through my phone anymore but they are still leaving voicemails to my phone. Also in my history it doesn't show the number has made any contact. (Like where it shows the blocked calls)

Works ok. It would be useful to have the app icon indicate the number of unheard messages.

Useful and fun My friends enjoy the personalized greetings, and it is a great deterrent for those Spamalot callers. Recent upgrades have fixed some nuisancy glitches (such as messages not clearing after listening to the voicemail), so I'm a fan and continue to recommend it.
