Was a legit call to let me know the status of a prior approval script I was waiting for. My insurance company is Anthem. Only asked me to confirm my birthdate which I did. This came through as “Pharm Prior Auth” on my caller ID. They called late Saturday evening and Monday a.m. I received a call from my pharmacy stating my prescription was approved.

Valid preauthorization outbound call from Anthem in NH. Seemed weird since it was an automated call with no company identification. It was valid. I called back, it recognized my cell phone, stated my name and indicated the pre-authorization was approved. Called my pharmacy and they were then able to process my RX.

Works well enough I like it, it's helpful, I don't have to call the voicemail anymore which is really all I wanted. Lacking a bit in text if you don't have read it, I don't really care all that much.

Happy with Youmail Really happy but there is always room for improvement. Here are two issues: Make a delete all or empty button; maybe even an option to not save old messages. Improve the quality of service; there are times youmail doesnt pick up the message. Other times it replys to the caller with a weird message.
