They left the same message on my answering service as they did above. I don’t believe it is really Superior Health Plan as their phone numbers are different. I don’t know what kind of information they’re trying to get from me but I’m not answering it.
Left voicemail claiming to be calling about a prescription prior authorization without mentioning the name of who they were calling for or what company they worked for. I have no prescription pending and there was no caller ID shown.
Was a legit call to let me know the status of a prior approval script I was waiting for. My insurance company is Anthem. Only asked me to confirm my birthdate which I did. This came through as “Pharm Prior Auth” on my caller ID. They called late Saturday evening and Monday a.m. I received a call from my pharmacy stating my prescription was approved.
