Works great. Excellent translations. 2 issues 1) You only get 20 free voice to text translations a month. That's too few to get thru whole month. 2) They charge too much to get more voice to text. It seems geared toward biz that can afford to pay more, but not everyday folk. I'm hard of hearing & need the text translations, so this was an issue. I call company & ask if they had discount rate for people using services cuz of disabilities. They do! 5 star for accommodation, 3 star for high prices

Love this app UPDATE 9/17 Despite paying for Premium level and having written this review previously, I am asked over and over to rate it again. Do you want another review? But the reason it gets 4 stars is that setting it up can be a challenge if your signal isn't strong enough. Also I would like to use MP3s as answering recording. So far I can't figure out even if you can do that. But other than that it's great - I particularly like the greeting that addresses the caller by name!
