I didn't like the app, but the customer service was excellent. That's why I changed it to 4 stars. The CTO e-mailed me on how to deactivate it. He was very helpful. He even e-mailed me to check to see if everything was good, & if I got it deactivated OK. Thank you very much, Mike Rudolph. I got it deactivated with his help. After I uninstalled it, I can't my voicemail back to the original.
