A company that calls itself Portfolio Recovery. Calls all hours of the day and night and at times after midnight! They claim they are trying to collect on a debt we owe from 12 years ago. First, we have no outstanding debt from 12 years ago and even if we did, there are statutes that are supposed to PREVENT THESE PEOPLE from harassing people. Portfolio Recovery has been sued in court and have been told to knock this crap off. They continue to break the law. We're senior citizens and don't have the money for lawyers to sue these people. They need to be shut down for good!
