I really like this app. it's a professional-sounding voicemail and even says the person's name when they call. Highly recommended

Its a GREAT PRODUCT. I've used Youmail for about 4 years now and finally upgraded to the PAY version for voicemail transcription. Wow, that is cool! It doesn't work all the time, mostly when there is alot of background noise on their end I've noticed. I had to stop using the APP on my Verizon Samsung Gal S5 last summer after the Lollipop OS upgrade - it messed up my phone so bad. We eliminated APPS one by one and it was YOUMAIL causing the problems. So I converted over to using the PC desktop site...the site software works perfectly. I have not a single complaint about it. I took away 1 star due to the app sucking big time. I won't even try to load it again the damage was THAT pervasive on my phone. The app did work great on my iPhone when I was with AT&T a couple years ago FYI. OH yeah, the BLOCKED CALLERS and Unidentified calls are now GONE! Plus, the personalized way it answers my calls with their name and my name really freaks people out. I LOVE THAT!! All my voice-mails and missed calls on an email log forever! Great if you have a stalker LOL. Lots of cool features for this Visual Voicemail. I will never go back to provider voicemail again!
