I'm changing my rating to 5 stars for the following reasons: +My first requirement for a critical application that it "does no harm". YouMail upgrades have never caused a problem for my reliability and I'm a Beta user. +Good level of new features over the period I have used it I've enjoyed enhancements from a bare bones VM start to a fully functional suite of services that work pretty darn good. +And finally, I recently had an issue likely caused by an OS update and YM had a fix in 1 call.
