I had the exact same experience with this number, (235)-363-6656), that I had with this number, (204)-905-3260), thirty minutes later! The exact same voice mail message was left both times, saying that there was a problem with my account and that I should press 1 on my keypad. I didn't do that.

Caller is a spammer calling numbers on domain listings in WHOIS databases. Because of the number of calls of this type I eventually installed a dedicated voicemail number to put on my whois listings that has not been used or advertised anywhere else. This criminal has called 3 times in the last 5 days.
