Terrible customer service! The app is very temperamental and sometimes works flawless and other times it balks, especially the Live Connect feature. Their customer service is the worst! I have called for 4 days straight because I'm on vacation and my YouMail is not working. Every time I call, mostly as soon as they open I get a message to leave my contact info and someone will get back to me. I’m 4 days and 13 attempts to call, I have yet to speak with a live person. A tech product like this app is only as good as its tech support because when an app is not working, the product is useless!
