Who called me from 215-739-XXXX?

Called on my cell phone - and stated I called Him - and I said No I did not and He stated - Your Bologni I am not Bologni - i am Maloney - don't call again

One person reported that this number called on behalf of "the fire department" (see http://800notes.com/Phone.aspx/1-215-739-8889). Radaris (https://phones.radaris.com/21573988) says this is either "Diana Cotterman 1450 8th ave, New Brighton, PA 15066" or "G Clyburn 3031 Coral St, Philadelphia, PA 19134", neither of whom I know. My guess is that it's a telemarketer or spammer, but I'm not sure.
