Who called me from 215-484-XXXX?

Hangup call while I was out of town over the weekend. Didn't recognize the #, or the caller ID (which came up as "SOUDERTON PA"). When I finally had a chance to go through the calls and start looking them up, this one did NOT seem to have left a message, but another site like this one had a transcript and recording and it was some sort of political robocall.... Unfortunately, there were ALSO some suspicious "hits" on Google for sites where the domain code was ".ly" -- which apparently is that for LIBYA!

Some BS scam. Left a message to call back which isn?t the same number they called from.
