When I answered the phone you can hear the call switch over to another connection. A male voice says "Hey Mom" I said you have the wrong number and I hung up. This is the same male voice that called from another phone number of 207-516-1295 a day or two ago. This person has a broken English accent.

Spam call about our car warranty expiring? Sounds INCREDIBLY suspicious. First, they didn't have any actual information about my car or myself and wouldn't say clearly who they're affiliated with. I bet they're just trying to trick people into buying stuff from them.

"Brenda....about your 'PEPCO Utility Account." I don't have an account with them.

I've received many calls from this scammer who just likes to hang up or listen for a while.
