They called in 7 days past due, their my verizone app hasn't worked on 14m and charge you 7 dollars ti have someone fix biggest scam ever,
This is a legitimate call. It regards a past due high dollar account. It is usually a bill that is 60 days over due, it is a second chance Financial Department. They allow up to 6 weeks to pay the full amount not including the up coming bill. Their goal is to keep service on while assisting customer with making payments according to their paydays. I am a Verizon Customer who got in over my head and had a past due of 75 days and this is number that called me and the representative explained that their department can extend payments beyond the next billing cycle where regular Financial Services cannot. They can give two payment arrangements two weeks apart but ONLY if the next bill due date is after the second date of the arrangement. This is only company I know that has a second chance program to avoid cell phone disconnection. Life happens and Verizon does TRY to help!!
Number belongs to Verizon and its used for their financial services stuff. I don't know exactly what they're calling about but it is something regarding the financial aspects of your account with Verizon.
