Called 3x between 3:50am to 4:07 am, I returned called after the 2nd called thinking it was my brother who is a seaman cause he sometimes uses different SIM cards thought it was emergency and the guy who annswered was speaking in different language. 1st two calls had country code that started with 1-880-726700090, after I called he dropped the 880, and called back as 1726700090, thinking I would be deceived as if its a US phone no.
