not sure if its a scam but they left a super weird voicemail, sounded like an automated message of someone not speaking english and loud waiting music playing in the background, didnt bother listening to the entire thing and cant find any other complaints

Called saying there was an erroneous charge that was made to my amazon account with the card I have on file. Wanted me to press a number to report the transaction. Did not press anything. Called Amazon and it’s a scam to get you to okay the transaction. Either number you push okays the transaction.

This person is running an online scam on her Instagram @luxetresskollection. I ordered late March probably the 20th and never received the items I bought, and was cussed out when I requested a refund.
