the number keeps calling me, and every time i answer it’s dead silent, or i can only hear breathing, or it’s just a “hello” and they’ll hang up. i guess it’s just spam or prank calls

I got charged for something I didn't authorize and they won't get back to me so we can resolve the issue . I have tried to get ahold of them four times already .
