Just got off the phone with a supervisor who states a zero balance but I am still receiving calls from 980-232-9942 indicating a problem on my account which she cannot locate whatsoever. A problem....NOT!!! Get it together DUKE ENERGY! Completely PITIFUL FOLKS!
