This is not SPAM. Its a credit card company that offers cards to people with bad credit to help them rebuild it. The interest is high and there are a lot of fees but if you are responsible, it WILL help you increase your score and obtain other credit card accounts

They offer individuals with bad credit - credit cards, unsecured, of course at a high rate. Sometimes they call to remind you your payment is coming due. Legitimate company, good to rebuild your credit.
